The first thing which jumps to the eyes (or rather to the ears) by listening to this album, it is the sound. Whore, the prod is ENOORME!!! Thank you Chechmate (sinner). Yes, but you will say to me, ok the prod is excellent but if the songs are with CH...., then the prod one of fout..... Tuttt, the prod is excellent and the songs TOO. It is metal killer with allemande (= of the first quality) whom are used to us the band for Ralph.... what wants to say rhythmic bulldozer and solos straight left the hell, it should be said that Tonton Ralph recruited a new guitarist and always profits from the talents of Tom Naumann, also working at Sinner. One really does not start in lace with a piece which kills on the spot and which gives the tone of the album (and also its name)"Jaws of Death". The Pieces mid-tempos "when the night comes" (not, not the title of which you know) and "under your spell" have riffs headbangant with wish. For all the nostalgic ones of "Painkiller", here the album which Priest would undoubtedly have made after "painkiller" if Rob had remained. A great vintage 99, to consume without any moderation.
